Brent’s journey to health and wellness began with a dietary revelation in college when he read David Wolfes Sunfood Success System Book. Impressed by the improvements in his energy levels, sleep quality, and overall wellbeing, this change laid the foundation for his approach to health, eventually integrating elements of the paleo diet, IF and fasting.

His commitment to fitness includes a consistent regime of weightlifting three to four times a week, supplemented by daily stretching and regular outdoor activities, including cycling (gravel, mountain and road) and trail running. Recognizing the importance of rest, Brent maintains a strict sleep schedule, never relying on an alarm, allowing his body to wake naturally.

Diet is a cornerstone of Brent’s health stack; his low-carb eating habits anchor heavily on locally-sourced grass-fed meats, fish, and fermented foods, purposefully avoiding processed ingredients like vegetable oils. Bone broth and organ meats are crucial parts of his diet, revered for their nutritional density and content of amino acids and collagen, which are vital for the body’s structural integrity.

To manage stress and enhance wellbeing, Brent embraces breath work and meditation, engaging in daily practices that promote mental clarity and energy.
